OPENING THIS MORNING

LIGHT CRIMINAL CALENDAR

The criminal sessions of the Supreme Court will be opened in Wellington this morning by the H°n. Mr Justice Reed. The criminal calendar is not an exceedingly heavy one, and it is not anticipated that the sessions will be a long one. Edmund Robinson (Wellington), alleged theft and receiving stolen property. Frank Victor Herbert Cqtjll (Wellington), alleged forgery apd conspiracy. Harry Patrick Hodgma OAfelliiigtou) alleged theft as a servant, also forgery.

Charles Edward William Philips (Wellington), alleged bigamy. The civij work will be undertaken bv Mr Justice Hosking and Mr Justice Salvnoud.
