Massey, speaking at the Master Cutlers’ feast at Sheffield, in reply to tho toast of the overseas dominion©, said they wanted to help England in tho commercial and financial trouble by which she had been overtaken. Where tho dominions could help was by spending money here for railways, bridges, and all the other tilings civilisation required.
