With tho United States officials already in possession of expert advices, regarding Germany’s economic sit nation, it is believed here a conference is possible s-oon, with America participating under the distinct understanding that the United States is nst officially cognisant'of the activities of the Reparations Commission because it is not party to the Treaty of Versailles. APPROVAL BY BRITAIN RESTRICTED FORM OF INQUIRY. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association (Received October 27, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, October 27. The “Daily Express” says it is understood the British Government agrees to tho restricted form of inquiry regarding Germany which France approved.
