A rule,nisi has been granted, on the application of the Scott Fell Company, for “Smith’s Weekly” bulletin to show cause why it should not be adjudged guilty of contempt of court for commenting on the Limerick Shipping Company’s case while the proceedings were still aub judicc.
A former message stated that an appeal was being lodged on bell art of the Scott Fell Company against tho finding of tli6 jury in favour of the plaintiffs with £19,480 'sterling damages, in the Limerick Steamship Company’s case. ,
