(Received October 27, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, October 26. Tho Right Hon. W. F. Massey conferred with the Duke of Devonshire with regard to the exhibit of live stock from New' Zealand at tho Empire Exhibition, and received an assurance that such otoclc would be admitted, and at the conclusion of the Exhibition could be sold to Britain, subject to a veterinary certificate.
