"WASHINGTON, October 20. A group of men interested in the grain trade obtained a sympathetichearing from President Cooliage and the Secretary of Agriculture for * plan under which tho War Finance Corporation would finance the shipment of 50,000,003 bushels of wheat to Germany as a means of relieving starvation there, and reducing the glut in the Unitea States wheat market. Decision, however, has been withheld.
