Captain Smith and Lieutenant Richter, of the- United States army, flew over Tia-Juana, taking 12 hours 13 minutes for a 1280 mile 3 non-stop, from the Canadian to the Mexican bordei. They took in fuel three times. They are practising for a Pacific to Atlantic non-stop flight to be attempted shortly.
