RECIPROCITY IN JUDGMENTS.

The Economic Conference has begun consideration pf reciprocal judgments, and currency. A committee of Imperial experts has assembled at the Foreign Office, and will consider, inter alia, whisky-run-ning to the United States, and the treaty-making powers of the dominions. The recent Fisheries Treaty between Canada and America will undoubtedly arise. ARBITRATION AWARDS. IlwtrAllftii and N.Z. Cable AwocUttoi(Received October 26, 8.25 p.m.) LONDON, October 25. Tho Economic Conference discussed the question of reciprocal judgments, including arbitration awards. The delegates were unanimously of opinion that this should be done. -
It was recommended, in regard to education that the schools of the Empire should adopt a curriculum to include geography and the development of Empire resources.
