IRISH REBELS IN MOUNTJOY
RELEASE REFUSED.

(Reocived October 26, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, October 26. The Irish Free State Government announce, in regard to the hungerstrikeis, that no prisoner hunger-strik-ing will bo released under any circumstances, and the Government withdraws its offer to release those prisoners signing an undertaking not to take up arms, so far as the hunger-strikers are concerned.
