STATE OF OKLAHOMA
COURT UPHOLDS SENATE. GOVERNOR REPLACED. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association, (Received October 26, 5.5 p.m.) OKLAHOMA, October 25. Lieutenant-Governor Trapp has been declared Acting-Governor. of the State of Oklahoma. The State Supreme Court has made permanent the writ of prohibition against the Governor, Mr J. C. Walton, and District Judge Chambers, which restrains them from interfering with the Acting-Gover-nor's assumption of office. The court's decision also sustains the resolution adopted bv the State Senate, suspending Mr Walton during his impaachiuent.
