Signor Mussolini has started on 9 tour of th© northern provinces in celebration of tho anniversary of the Fascists’ march on Rome. He was triumphantly received at Turin, where he addressed 100,000 “black-shirts” after a military tournament, and was loudly acclaimed. According to the “Messaggero,” «ix grenades exploded prematurely at the tournament, wounding an officer and five soldiers.
