SCOTTISH LEAGUE CLUB. ILLEGAL PRACTICE. Ileuter’a TelecTam LONDON, October 24. Th© management committee of the Scottish League has fined the Cowdenbeath Club £IOOO for the illegal payment of their goalkeeper. It severely reprimanded tlie chairman of tlie club, and requested him to resign. This is tlie largest fine imposed in the history of football.
