MOSLEM’S MANIFESTO.

Dr. Kitchlew. a leading Mohammedan leader in tlie Indian non-co-opera-tive movement, has issued a manifesto asking support for the Akali claims. He declares that the leaders court arrest, with the object of bringing the matter to a head. If passive resistance fails to prove effective, he urges “nonviolent aggressive civil disobedience.”
