DEGREASED REVENUE REDUCTIONS CAUSE FALL OF £13,-560 IN QUARTER. POSTAGES DOWN £58,884. The Post and Telegraph Department’s revenue for tho quarter ending September 30th shows a fall of £13,560 (from £671,269 to £657,709) as? compared with the corresponding period of last year. For the quarter, postages show a decline of £58,884 (from £365,792 to £307,908); while the telegraph revenue, on the other hand, ha« increased by £42,836 (from £291,884 to £334,720). The total postal revenue for the past quarter was £322,989. as compared with £379,385 for the teniber quarter of 1922—a decrease of £56,396,
