ALBANIAN ALLEGATION
Australian and N.Z. Cable Association (Received October 24. 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, October 23. The “Daily Telegraph” correspou. dent in Rome states that a report issued by the Albanian Legation says tile Jrnina murders were committed by 12 Greek brigands, who afterwards took refuge in Greece. The report alleges that the Greek authorities induced one of the brigands to accuse an Epirot, in order to put the Conference of Ambassadors oft the right traok.
