AUSTRALIAN’S ESTIMATE. (Sydney "Sun" Cable.) LONDON, October 22. Dr. How&e, ono of the Australian delegates at the Geneva Conference, states that ho lias inspected SpahlingeT’s laboratories. Ho considers that Australia would not be justified in upending money at the present stage of tho investigations. Spahtinger is unable to supply any complete sera in less than 18 months.
