Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. GENEVA, October 22. The Fifth International Labour Conference has assembled. Mr Arthur Fontaine is presiding, and 42 out of 57 States are represented. ’[’hero is only ono question on tho agenda—tho determination of tho general principles of labour inspection. Mr Fontaino referred to the laying of tho foundation slono of tho International Labour Bureau’s pa.laco yesterday as inspiring confidence for the future.
