SERVICE AT CENOTAPH.
CABINET’S DECISION. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received October 23, 7.35 p.m.) LONDON, October 23. The Cabinet to-day discussed arrangements for November 11th. The “Daily Telegraph” is able to state that a brief religious service will be held at the Cenotaph, in deference to the wishes of the public.
