MELBOURNE ROBBERY
WOUNDED SUN DEAD.
CHARGE OF MURDEB. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.-Copyright. MELBOURNE. October 28. Mr Berritnan (the Hawthorn bank manager, who on October Sth was shot and robbed of £IBSO in condemned banknotes by two thieves, who escaped ir. a waiting motor-car) is dead. It is sunposed the bullet carried a bit of clothing with it, causing the wound to become septic. Angus Murray, who is in custody in connection with the affair, was charged with murder to-day, and remanded until Friday.
