ALLEGED ARSON
TORY STREET RESIDENCE.
OCCUPANTS’ SON ARRESTED. Art arrest was made yesterday morning iby Detectives Cooper and Walker of a young man, Albert Edward McGinity, who was charged with wilfully setting fire to the premises of No. 70, Tory street. The alleged offence took place at about 11 o’clock on Monday evening. The house is occupied by accused’s father, Thomas Ignomr MoGinity, and people named Pine. JloGinity will appear in court this (Wednesday) morning to answer the charge.
