CONCILIATION COURT
THE SEAMEN’S AWARD.
With the Commissioner (Mr W. Newton) presiding, the Conciliation Council meets this morning in furtherance of the adjourned discussion of the seamen’s award, which was commenced last Thursday, andl which is to be continued to-day.
