The Radical Socialist Party, which, notwithstanding its lack of homogeneity, constitutes the main opposition to the Government, has concluded its annual congress with a programme which aims at uniting r.ll sections. The programme stcere a course between the Communists and the Government. It supports the Longue of Nations, the maintenance of friendship with the Allice, a rapprochement with Russia, and the helping of the German nomocracy, provided that the latter helps the Allies to obtain reparations, and expresses a lukewarm attitude towards the Ruhr occupation, but deprecates any act which Gorman capitalism may construo as anti-French. Nevertheless, it threatens to intervene if tho Government 1 ejects reasonable Gorman proposals.
