MASSACRE OF INNOCENTS

October 19, Evidence is coming from every side as to widespread massacres of the innocent during and after the earthquake in the suburbs of T'-.rio. As many as a hundred were plain at one time, including women. The killers were volunteer police, crazy with excitement. Thoro were instances in which police who were protecting refugees became tho object of mob attacks.
