DEATH-ROLL IN JAPAN
NOW ESTIMATED AT 150,000. HOUSES LOST, 554,000. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received October 21, 5.5 p.m.) TOKIO, October 19. Baron Goto announces that it is officially known that tho death-roll in the earthquake and the fires totals 150,000, while the persons who suffered property damage number 2,374,000. Altogether, 554,000 house# were destroyed.
