At Chicago, the Marquis Curzon, British Foreign Minister, was to-day accused’ by Joseph Leiter, a capitalist, with having inspired an attack charging Lei tor, as trustee of the estate of hi* fathei, Levi Leiter, of being guilty of grees mismanagement. The accusation was made in answer to a bill, filed in the Superior Court by the throe daughters of Lord Ourzon. The amount involved in the litigation is 100 million dollars. The original bill was filed by the Duchess of Suffok and Berks, Letter's sister, who alleged mismanagement. The suit was filed at the behest of the Marquis Curzon, because of his resentment of the fact that he was not named as a trustee in the estate. The charge is unfounded. LONG-STANDING DISPUTE. Levi Leiter, a Chicago millionaire,* left his wealth to the first Ladv Curzon, Lady Hyde, Mrs Campbell, and Joseph Leiter, his four children, naming the last two as co-trustees. Disputes between the heirs have existed for years, and eventually Lord Curzon. on* behalf of his three daughters by liis first wife, instituted proceedings alleging mismanagement by the trustees, and asking for their removal.
