Tlie Labour Council, after adjudicating in the dispute between the operative bakers and the bread-carters, lias reported that baking and carting should! be done between 6 in the morning and 6in the evening. If carting is not finished by 6 p.m., both unions should co-onerato to induce the employers to increase the delivery staff.
