BANK MANAGER DYING

manager, lias taken a turn for the worse, and the police have been informed that lie is not expected to live. His depositions have been taken. The prisoner Murray was present at the bedside -of the dying man, in custody. Although the previous diagnosis was that the bullet had affected no vital organs, the victim’s condition has been too low to permit of its removal.
