POSSIBILITY OF RETURN. Tho milk committee reported to tho City Council last night tnat the quete jtion of the bottle breakage had been | fully considered. The matter’will revive further consideration by the comimittee on arrival of the bottles of British manufacture, which may alter the whole position considerably. At pro. jsent the bottle breakage is much less jthan in other parts of the world, where bottles are being used for the same puripose. As the summer season is approaching, the committee have under consideration tho possibility 7 of having to return in the near future to a night delivery of milk.
