DAIRY CONTROL
COUNTING THE VOTES. THREE TO ONE MAJORITY. The counting of the ballot-papers in connection with the voting on the dairy control proposals is not yet com|plete. A progress report was made last I night by the chief electoral officer, and this phoned a large majority of the suppliers in favour of control. The voting was:— For control 15,788 Against 5,307 Those figures were issued at 10.30 last night. The count will be continued to-day, and will conclude -this evening.
