CARR RETURNS TO ENGLAND. EXCELLENT RECORD. Australian and N.Z. Cable Aseociatiot LONDON, October 17. E. W. Carr, the Australian athlete, has returned, after a most successful tour of the Continent. He ran at Copenhagen, Berlin, Prague, and other towns in Osecho-Siovakia, Vienna, and Budapest, and won 13 finals on the Continent. For the whole tour, out of 50 races he finished first in 31 finals out of 32 starts. He intends waiting here to participate in the 1924 Olympic Gaines.
