LOSS OF HUSBAND
DAMAGES AWARDED WIDOW. Per Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, October 17. At the Supreme Court, Mary Catherine Mackle was awarded £I2OO damages against the Kaikoura. Mo Lor Company for the death of her husband, who was killed as a result- of one of defendant’s ears, in which plaintiff and deceased were travelling, colliding with a trap at Belfast through the negligent driving of defendant's servant.
