PROTEST AGAINST TELEPHONE CHARGES. (By Telegraph—Special to “Times.”) MASTERTOX, October 16. At the Borough Council meeting to. night it wa6 decided to protest to the Government against the increased telephone charges, which increase, the mover of the motion said, was a tax on industry.
