That means that Canada will march again, for where the Empire is seriously threatened there the Dominion will bo found, even though there is no compulsion. It is an equation that -brings the armament race closer to us than heretofore. for what hurts Canada hurts us indirectly.” The “Herald” urges the calling of another international conference.
