SUPREME COURT
CRIMINAL SESSIONS. A number of cases have already been set down for hearing at the approaching criminal sessions in "Wellington. which open on October 31st, and it is anticipated that the work of the court will be fairly heavy. There will also he a re-trial of the Coull ease, m which tho accused, who was formerly in the employ of the Repatriation department, is charged in connection with certain defalcations fmm the Wellington office. The jury disagreed at the last session.
