OLD OFFENDER ARRESTED DINED IN HOTEL NEXT TO GOVERNOR. OF GAOL. AT LARGE SINCE AUGUST. 3y Telegraph.—Press Assn. —Copyright. {Received October 12, 7.35 p.m MELBOURNE, October 12 The police have arrested a- man named Angus Muiray, on a charge of wounding and robbing Bernmarl, th.o bank malinger at Hawthorn, on Monday. Another man and a woman wene arlested in the same house on charges of being idle and disorderly persons. Murray escaped from the Geelong gaol on August 24th, since when, according to his own story, lie has frequented the leading hotels and cafes. On one occasion he dined at a table next whfere the governor of Pent-ridge Gaol and the Inspector of Prisons were dining.
