“KEEP MOVING!"
STREET SLOGAN. There are people whose presence on Lambton quay is a nuisance and an obstruction, on account of the fact that, no matter how crowded or busy others about them are, they stop in exactly the centre of the footpaths, and talk. When, one finds victims to this objectionable habit drawn out at intervals down the street, some using perambulators to assist in their effective blockade, one is liable to become annoyed, and rightly so, especially in a busy town like Wellington, with its narrow thoroughfares. “Keep moving” is a good slogan for the pedestrians of any city. It is an essential one for the people of Wellington.
