WHEAT CONTROL
DISCONTINUANCE WANTED. Per Dress Association. OAMARU, July 6. The North Otago executive of the Farmers’ Union to-day, has decided by six votes to four to recommend the Government to discontinue the control of wheat prices. RABBIT PROSECUTIONS. The executive also decided to request the Minister for Agriculture to permit independent farmers to visit and report upon rabbit-infested arens before prosecutions are instituted by rabbit inspectors.
