You will realise that for a contract involving some hundreds of .thousands of pounds a great deal of information must be provided for the contractor. The matter is being hurried on as much as possible. “A considerable number of plans are already lithographed, and immediately they are all in hand and the contract documents prepared, the same will be advertised. It is difficult to give an exact date, but I should say that :t should he within two or three months.”
