INTERCESSORY SERVICE
The weekly intercessory service, held in the Concert Chamber, Town Hall, at midday, was well attended. Mr E. J. D. Horens presided. Prayers were offered by the Rev. O. M. Stent, Mr P. Fulton and Mr L. A. Brunton. Scripture readings were as follow: —Psalm 27, by Mr E. Dixon, M.P.; John 6, 2247, by the chairman; and Ephesian* 4, by Mr S. M. Harrison. Mr L. F. Watkins at the piano accompanied the singing of several hymns. • - —* -
