STILL ANOTHER FAILURE. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received August 30, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, August 29. Tiraboschi, an Italian from South America, attempted to swim the Channel from Cape Grisnez, but abandoned the attempt two miles from St. Margaret’s Bay, after nineteen hours’ swimming.
