IMPREST BILL PASSED The legislative Council 6at at 11 I. m. yesterday. Two day’s further leave of absence was granted the Hon. D. T. Fleming on account of illness. The Imprest Supply (No. 3) Bill was put through all its remaining stages and passed. .... An Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Amendment Bill was introduced by the Hon. J. MacGregor and read a first time. The second' reading of the bill was set down for Setnember 6th. At ll.fi a.m. the Council adjourned to Wednesday, September 6th.
