SUGAR PRICES
CHEAPER JAM AND MARMALADE In view of an anticipated reduction in the prices of sugar on September 7th, manufacturers will reduce prices of jam and marmalade on October 26th. Full rebates, it is understood, will be allowed to their customers of all stocks held at that date. This should enable the advantage of the reduced prices—yet to be adjusted—to be passed on to the public.
