CLEARING AWAY REFUSE. Street collections sometimes cause the municipal authorities trouble owing to the necessity of clearing away rubbish left over from the stall's. The cost of removing the Tefn-so has meant the payment of a good deal in the way off ovee-ti-me, so the Corporation proposes to get over the difficulty in future by asking that the promoters of street days shall put down a deposit of OS before, granting permission to take up collections.
