LICENSES WITHDRAWN IN FRANCE. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. I PARIS, August 16. Two more racehorse, dopings have resulted in Deanvillo trainers being fined and having tbeir licenses withdrawn. Ono horse, Nebuleuse, the winner at Chantilly of the Rrix de la Theve on July 25th, was disqualified.
