LEIPZIG COURT ACQUITS GERMAN DOCTOR. Reuter’s Telaeratn. BERLIN, July 3. The Leipzig Supreme Court acquitted Dr. Michelson, of Berlin, who was accused of ill-treating French prisoners in German hospitals during the war. The prosecutor demanded a sentenoe of a year’s imprisonment. This hi the first of a fresh series of war crime trials, instituted at the instance of the French and Belgian Governments.
