A STRANGE WILL
SAILOR WHO FELL AT JUTLAND. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. LONDON, July 1. Probate has been granted of a strange will. It consists of an inscription on the naval identification disc of a plumber named William Skinner, who was lost in the Battle of Jutland aboard tho Indefatigable. Tho disc was discovered long after tho battle, and, when polished, the reverse side disclosed a finely engraved inscription, easily legible with the help of a microscope. It .bequeathed everything to “My darling wife, Alice Maud Skinner.” The father identified the signature. Tho estate amounts to £253. The widow re-married, and i» now Mrs Bullard, living in Australia.
