MEXICAN BANDITS
EPIDEMIC OF KIDNAPPING. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. WASHINGTON. July 1. A regular epidemic of kidnappings of Americans by Mexican bandits is reported. The State Department has received advices of another case. It is believed that theso are phases of a revolutionary movement designed to overthrow the Obregon Government. President Obrepon declares that most of the kidnappings are untrue.
