REBELS COMMANDEERING Hf THE SOUTH. LONDON, July 2. _ The Republicans are seising provi sions and clothing all over the South. Some shops are so depleted that they have been obliged to close. Scarcely a motor-car is now left with the private traders, and touring cars havo been snapped np everywhere. The Republicans have appointed censors in the provincial newspaper offices, and they are cutting out reports of successes oi the Free State troops. Official reporta from the provinces, however, emphasise that the trouble is being effectively dealt with.
