RABBITSKIN SALES
WRIGHT, STEPHENSON AND C. Wright, Stephenson and Co., Ltd., hare received the following report from their Dunedin office in connection with their last rabbitskin sale:— At our sale of the 26th instant there was the usual attendance of buyers, hut bidding was very dull, owing to adverse reports having been received in>m outside markets, and also through some of the buyers having their recent orders filled. Prices for best winter skins showed a drop of from 16d to 20d, and incoming® ana autumn from 12d to 15d per lb. Following were ruling rates: —buper winter does to 95&d; super winter bucks to 86d; first winter does, 80d to 88d; first winter bucks, 72d to 79d; second winter does, 64d to 68£d; second winter bucks, 64d to 70d; early winters, 56d to 63id; incoming, 50d to 56d; autumn, 390,' to 44d; early autumn, 28d to 84Sd; racks, prime 21d to 24id; light, 16d to I8jd; small, 54d to B£d; first winter black, 74d to 86jd; autumn black, 28d to 30d; winter fawn, 46d to 52jd; summers, I4d to 17$d; milky does, 14d to 26(1; horsehair, 26d to 33^d.
