MELBOURNE BY-LAW REGARDING PROCESSIONS. JJy Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. (Received June 28 11.30 p.m.) MELBOURNE, Juno 28. Tho State Full Court, by a majority decision, declared the Melbourne City Council’s by-law for the regulation of street processions illegal. The application was made by Father Barry.
The'application arose out of the prosecutions by tho City Council of participants in tho recent St. Patrick’s Day procession.
